Key Information about the Programme
You can join and benefit from the GROWTH Hillingdon programme if:
- You are Self Employed and a resident of the London Borough of Hillingdon
- You have a business registered in the Borough in any business sector, employing less than 250 people.

Does it cost anything to join the programme?
No, it’s completely free! The programme is fully funded by the UKSPF fund and Hillingdon Council, so there’s no cost to you.
Who can join?
The programme is open to any business, charity, or self-employed individual based in or working within Hillingdon and with fewer than 250 employees.
How much time will it take?
We’ll start with a quick diagnostic meeting to tailor the programme to your needs. After that, you’ll have 3 hours of mentoring, which you can split into one 3-hour session or three 1-hour sessions over a few weeks. We’ll work around your schedule.
Is it over after my 3 hours of mentoring?
Not at all! You can join as many workshops as you like and get involved as much as you want.
Is this just for start-ups?
No way! Whether you’re launching a business, growing your team, planning your next step, or even preparing for an exit, we’ll match you with a mentor that fits your needs.
How long is the support available?
Support is available until 31st March 2025. Make sure to sign up before it’s too late! Spaces are limited
Can I meet and network with others in the programme?
Yes! We host quarterly Alumni Connect events where you can meet other participants, and there’s also a WhatsApp group to connect with like-minded business owners.
