Moore Kingston Smith Invitation : International women’s day : #EmbraceEquity in business and beyond
7-03-2023 @ 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm
To celebrate International Women’s Day, we invite you to join us for a panel discussion centred around this year’s theme #EmbraceEquity.
How is equity different to equality?
Equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances, and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome. Each one of us can actively support and embrace equity within our own sphere of influence. We can all challenge gender stereotypes, call out discrimination, draw attention to bias, and seek out inclusion. Collective activism is what drives change.
