Is there free parking at the at the venue?
Yes – free parking is provided by Brunel University London, in Zone D. Please download the app to find out more.
Is the building accessible?
Yes – the building has lifts, accessible bathrooms and parking spaces clearly marked.
Is WIFI available for Visitors?
Due to limitations, we cannot offer WIFI to the general public.

FAQ : Exhibitors
Is there free parking at the at the venue?

Do all Exhibitors have power supply at the stand?
You will need to request power supply at the time of booking your stand. Charges apply.
When can we setup ?
Exhibitors will be able to set up late afternoon/early evening on 3rd June OR from 7.00am on 4th June. Stands must be ready and staffed by 9.00am.
How are exhibitors selected?
As our exhibitor spaces are limited, and because interest is very high, stands are available on a first come first served basis.
Is WIFI available for Exhibitors?
Due to limitations, we cannot ofer WIFI to the general public.
Can we have access to the visitors list?
Due to data privacy regulations, we will not provide this information. However, you will be able to connect with visitors and exhibitors in our app.
What does the exhibitor booth look like?
The shell is left blank, for you to decorate. Please be mindful of the need to use velcro tabs to hang posters, etc. We also recommend the use of roller banners, tablecloths and as many eye catching goodies as you can muster!
What is the closing date to apply as an exhibitor?
Friday 25th April 2025 or till stands are available, whichever is earlier. Successful exhibitors will be informed shortly after.
